Program Time & Dates Commitment
This program was DESIGNED to NOT add fuel to your burnout fire. You’re already busy, but you DESERVE to invest in yourself this way. Here’s the time breakdown:
- 3-month program, starting in September.
- 2 meetings a month, 1.5 hours each, 6 total meetings.
- 1 hour of homework in between meetings.
- 5 hours total monthly time commitment to the program.
In 15 hours spread over 3 months, you’ll be on your way to overcoming your burnout!

Braving Burnout Program Details
-Investment – $1,500, non-refundable.
-6 meetings with a group of 5, highly-curated, seasoned women business owners (in business at least 3 years).
-There will be a short questionnaire for you to complete before our first meeting.
-Each meeting will include exercises I lead to help you work through burnout.
-Homework assignment after each meeting – you won’t be asked to turn this in or share.
–No forced sharing – I will ask if you completed the homework and in-meeting exercises, but you will not hand anything in – this is for YOU, not for me. That said, I’ve found the more you share, the more you get.
-In-between meetings, we will have either a Facebook Group or Slack channel for access to each other. If email is preferred, we can go that route.
-I will share things with you in between meetings to inspire, check-in, and keep you motivated.
-You will have unlimited access to me via email, text, or phone. My main goal is to help you overcome burnout – whatever support you need, you’ve got it.
